Shipping
SHIPPING IS FREE TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
I aim to send out all items within 14 days of payment. If for any reason I cannot, I will let you know as quickly as possible. In particular photographs and digital prints are printed to order and mounts are handcut, which may on occasions cause a slight delay.
For customers outside the UK:
You need to be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. For information you should contact your local customs agency before placing an order.
By ordering from this site you accept responsibility for any charges that may be levied.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns provided you contact me within 7 days of receipt to get a return reference and the product is returned undamaged within 14 days in the original packaging (or equivalent).
I will refund the price you paid, but not your return shipping costs, once I have received the item back in my hands and confirmed it is undamaged. I will not refund any customs or import fees that may have been incurred.
