Order problems?

If you have placed an order with us recently and it has not been fulfilled, we offer our sincere apologies. I recently moved house, but it has taken almost 6 weeks to get a working e-mail and internet connection and even then it is still unstable.I'm working through the e-mails but inevitably this is taking time. If I don't contact you in the next seven days please send another e-mail and I will investigate.
